Vocational Rehabilitation Services
Managing disability in the workplace is literally costing businesses millions of dollars. Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) can assist employers in minimizing those costs while retaining your valued workers.Existing Employee Services
VRS is a valuable resource that can help you find solutions to issues involving employees whose job performance is affected by illness, injury, or disability. They can serve as your trainer or one-on-one consultant on disability issues, and they can design and implement training programs focused on the specific needs of your business.Staff Recruiting Services
VRS also has one of the most valuable resources for any business – employees. As the number of qualified job applicants shrinks, you can tap into one of the largest pools of minority employees: qualified applicants who happen to have disabilities. As your recruiter, VRS can match your needs and job requirements with a qualified job-ready applicant. Additionally, a variety of financial incentives is currently available to employers who hire candidates with disabilities or who make their business accessible to customers with disabilities.ADA Education and Training Services
When it comes to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), VRS is your education and resource link. Not a compliance or enforcement agency, VRS can provide your company with technical assistance and training on the ADA.
